Anthony H. (Tony) Morelos, CIC– President
Prior to joining the W.E. Gibson Agency in 2002, Tony was a successful independent agent in Houston for over 25 years. He is a past president of the Independent Insurance Agents of Houston and a past director of the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas. He served on the board of The Insurance Publishing House and has written numerous articles about insurance in several trade journals and magazines. He obtained the Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1987 and he remains widely recognized for his technical insurance expertise. Tony currently serves as a Regional Vice President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas. He is a past president of the Navasota/Grimes County Chamber of Commerce and he currently serves as Chairman of the Governance Council of Grimes St. Joseph Hospital. Tony and his wife Cheryl are members of the First Baptist Church of Navasota.
Debbie Honeycutt, Agent and Branch Manager
As branch manager of our Navasota office, Debbie has over 30 years of knowledge and experience in the insurance industry. With an expertise in both personal and commercial lines coverage, Debbie has led our agency in serving the Grimes County market with a commitment to superior service through a primary objective of making sure her clients have the right coverage to meet their needs. As a local native to Navasota, Debbie has continued to make a positive impact in her community by serving on numerous boards in many capacities including her present service with. As testament to her success as a business professional, in 2003, The Navasota/Grimes County Chamber of Commerce named Debbie as “Employee of the Year” among area businesses.
Brandon L. Eisenman, CIC- Agent and Branch Manager
Brandon, a CIC, is branch manager of our College Station office and has been with W.E. Gibson since 1995. A CIC since 2008, Brandon has served in multiple capacities within the agency serving as a key instrument for growth including the establishment of our College Station office in 2001. It is with great expertise and skill that Brandon leads our office in College Station and the surrounding growth market it serves. Apart from his management duties, Brandon specializes in serving the insurance needs of small to medium size businesses including group health and employee benefit solutions. A graduate of Sam Houston State University, Brandon is the father of two daughters, Kelsie and Hallie. Brandon and his family reside in the community of Anderson where he serves the Anderson-Shiro Consolidated School District as President of their board of trustees. In his free time, Brandon enjoys golf, basketball and serves as a leader in local youth sports programs.
Shana Villarreal, ACSR, Commercial Lines Account Manager
With over 10 years of industry knowledge and experience with an emphasis on commercial business accounts, Shana joined the agency in 2003. With her ACSR designation already in hand prior to joining the agency, Shana has proven herself as an indispensable member of the staff, responsible for all commercial lines account marketing and management. Shana continues to hone her skills and is currently working to obtain her CIC designation. Having Shana helps solidify our commitment to having a strong and experienced team delivering outstanding service through innovative solutions for our clients. Shana and her husband Mike enjoy living in Navasota where their hobbies include sports with their son Shane. The Villarreal’s attend First Baptist Church Navasota.
Jeff Murski, Personal and Commercial Lines Agent
With 15 years of sales, marketing and public relations experience throughout the Brazos Valley and Houston, Jeff joined the agency in late 2009 after serving in key customer service and marketing roles with a regional electric utility. Through his experience in working with many different customer and industry groups, Jeff has earned the trust of his clients time and again for delivering exceptional service on a personal and professional basis. Jeff’s business and community involvement includes serving as past president of the Brazos Valley Food Bank, board member with Hope Pregnancy Center and past board member and secretary of the Navasota/Grimes County Chamber of Commerce. A graduate of Texas A&M University, he and his wife Cheryl have three children; Courtney, Megan and Caleb. Jeff and his family are members of Central Baptist Church in College Station where they serve together in the Upward Sports Ministry.
Neal Bosse, Personal Lines Agent
Making a long-term positive impact in the lives of his customers and community personifies Neal’s drive for personal attention and focus. This trait has proven to be an invaluable benefit to his clients throughout the Brazos Valley. Neal’s expertise when it comes to all types of insurance from farm and ranch to home and auto has contributed to continued growth and success for the Gibson Agency. His hard work and commitment is one of the reasons that Gibson is chosen time and again for the insurance needs of this growing community. It is this same hard work and commitment that has enabled Neal to be a leader in his community. As a member of the Friedens Church at Washington, Neal has served as congregation president 3 times, in addition to serving as an officer for various community organizations. Neal has been married to Betsy for 45 years and is dad to 3 children and a grandfather to 6. Neal has coached little league for almost 40 years, more than half as an All Star coach and has witnessed some of his players achieve major league status. Along with his obvious love for sports Neal enjoys spending free time with his grandchildren and family.
Valerie Flores, Personal Lines Account Manager
Almost 5years have passed since Valerie joined the agency. In that time, she has experienced very positive growth as an insurance professional. Valerie has served the agency well in a key role of providing personal lines insurance service and administrative support for long-standing and prospective clients throughout the Brazos Valley. Her industry knowledge, attention to detail and efficient workflow process control makes Valerie a valuable asset to the W.E. Gibson team. Valerie holds an associates degree in Information Technology. As native to the area, she and her family enjoy sports and the local outdoors that include camping and fishing.
Vicky DeLeon, Commercial Lines Customer Service
Armed with past experience in customer service and the health care industry, Vicky is responsible for the servicing of our small business clients, which is a very demanding and high growth segment of our market, which she accomplishes with great deftness and skill. Vicky is bi-lingual and serves as a key communicator for the agency. Vicky is a mother of three and enjoys community and family social events.
Krystal Sanchez, Personal Lines Customer Service
Krystal joined W.E. Gibson in 2008. Since then, she has taken on increasing levels of responsibility serving as a customer service representative in addition to assisting the College Station branch manager with day-to-day activities and administrative support. Krystal is a long-time resident of College Station and mother of 5. Her dedication and commitment to her family is evident, just like her daily commitment in providing quality service to our clients. Krystal and her family enjoy outdoor entertainment events in addition to school activities throughout the year.
Deborah Guthrie, Personal Lines Customer Service
Deborah is a dedicated insurance professional with over 30 years experience in the insurance business. Throughout her career she has served her clients with great focus and service through independent and captive agent firms from Beaumont to Houston. A native of Navasota, Deborah resides in the Hempstead area where she enjoys raising livestock, hunting, fishing and enjoying camping with family and friends. Deborah also enjoys sports and since 1977, Deborah has maintained status as a certified SCUBA diver. Deborah is dedicated to her local community and regularly serves as a volunteer at a local women’s shelter in addition to being a leader for a local Girl Scout troop.
Judy Duncan, Accounting Manager
After more than twenty years in the banking and finance industry, Judy joined the Gibson agency in 2003 fulfilling the role of accounting manager, which includes day to day financial transactions, employee benefits and payroll. With attention to detail and a positive disposition, Judy serves the agency well as vital support for our overall mission of serving the client. Judy is a 1975 graduate of Sam Houston State University and is a life-long resident of Navasota. Judy and her husband Steve have been married for 27 years and enjoy spending time together with their 3 grandchildren and at their hill country ranch outside of Llano. After work you may find Judy spending her spare time working in the garden.
